This is one of my easy-to-cook vegetable recipe. Sometimes if spinach is not available, I use kangkong or water spinach. With two bunches of spinach leaves, I saute few pieces of crushed garlic until they are golden brown. Then I put the spinach leaves. Put oyster sauce to my heart's desire, then simmer a bit.
That's it! And that it what I am having for dinner tonight.
